Bundy Flavours Festival 2015 has just released its official program for Sunday 13th September with an abundance of guest chefs, gardening gurus and a record number of local producers, growers, brewers and makers.
Visitors will be encouraged to indulge in all things fresh and local with non-stop food, cooking and gardening demonstrations across four stages, live entertainment and tasting sessions.
Guest chefs include Alastair McLeod and Matt Golinski with “Double Trouble” demonstrations. Award winning chef, ShannonKellam from Brisbane’s favourite French restaurant, Montrachet, will be returning home to Bundaberg, putting a “Spotlight on Pork” with Robert Doyle of BundyFarm.
Local and celebrity chefs will be supported by more than 80 regional producers, growers, market stalls, wine makers and brewers, all keen to share the flavours the Bundaberg Region is famous for!
