The program involved a series of industry led workshops and annual mentoring of 18 short-listed businesses, including

- Income Diversification
- Trade & Packaging
This program was extended for another 12 months with NORTEC and Department of State Development NSW.
Clarence Valley Tourism + Hospitality Cluster Industry Skills Development Program
An annual training and mentoring program for tourism industry operators across the Clarence Valley in NSW, including Yamba, Grafton and across the region.
